We stayed four nights and from the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant. The first night we found the room ( a junior suite) wasn’t really suitable due to the layout. The following day they gave a beautiful suite, must be one of the best in hotel.
Everyday when we were picking up the car, they gave us water for the journey.
As my wife is disabled, they kindly said they would deliver breakfast to save her having to go to the restaurant on a morning and they didn’t charge extra. Room service food generally was a very good standard and reasonable priced
Overall we have to commend the staff, helpful, friendly, the list goes on.
Great stay, thank you all again; you are a credit to the Melia group

Stayed for 1 night. Great location in the centre but really quiet accommodation. Staff were great, kept in touch on check in times and we were able
to get in to the apartment a little earlier. The bottle
of wine on arrival was a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend.
